Görevler
- Destek: oyunda, forumda ve WhatsApp gruplarında oyunculara yardım eder, soruları yanıtlar, sorunları yönetim ekibine iletir.
- Aracı: item ve gold takaslarında güvenilir üçüncü kişi olur, kimsenin dolandırılmamasını sağlar.
- Yayıncı: SeaSRO'yu Twitch, YouTube ya da Kick gibi platformlarda düzenli olarak canlı yayınlar; FW, CTF, unique avları, eventler ve oyunun rutin akışını canlı yayına aktarmaya destek olur.
- İçerik Üretici: yönetim ekibinin hazırlayıp teslim ettiği hazır içerikleri (video, kısa video, görsel) kendi sosyal medya hesaplarında (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube vb.) paylaşarak sunucuyu tanıtır.
Süreç
- Başvurular bu konuda toplanır.
- Başvurular kapanınca Destek ve Aracı adayları bu konuda ankete sunulur, bu yetkilileri topluluğun oyları belirler.
- En çok oyu alan adaylar yönetim ekibiyle kısa bir görüşme yapar ve göreve başlar.
- Yetkisini kendi, guildinin ya da grubunun çıkarı için kullanan yetkilinin görevi alınır.
- Yayıncı ve İçerik Üreticiler ankete sunulmaz; yönetim ekibi tarafından, geçmiş yayınları ve içerikleri detaylı incelenerek seçilir.
Başvuru: aşağıdaki formu doldurup bu konuya yorum olarak yaz. Görevine uymayan satırları boş bırakabilirsin.
Yayıncı ve İçerik Üreticiler: formu konuya yazdıktan sonra WhatsApp destek hattımıza de mesaj at. Kanal incelemesi ve detaylar için seninle oradan iletişim kuracağız.

We are looking for Support, Middleman, Streamer and Content Creator staff for SeaSRO 100 Cap Nostalgia. Group owners, guild players and solo players can apply. You can apply for more than one role.
Roles
- Support: helps players in game, on the forum and in our WhatsApp groups, answers questions and passes issues to the management team.
- Middleman: acts as a trusted third party in item and gold trades, so nobody gets scammed.
- Streamer: streams SeaSRO regularly on platforms like Twitch, YouTube or Kick and helps bring FW, CTF, unique hunts, events and the daily flow of the game to live streams.
- Content Creator: shares the ready made content (videos, short videos, visuals) prepared and delivered by the management team on their own social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.) to promote the server.
Process
- Applications are collected in this thread.
- When applications close, Support and Middleman candidates are put to a poll in this thread and the community's votes choose them.
- The most voted candidates have a short talk with the management team and start their duty.
- Staff who use their role for themselves, their guild or their group lose it.
- Streamers and Content Creators are not part of the poll; they are chosen by the management team after a detailed review of their past streams and content.
